Maite Heredia is a visiting PhD student from the HiTZ Center at the University of the Basque Country. Her research focuses on multilingual language processing and the development of resources for low-resource languages such as Basque, non-standard language varieties, and language contact scenarios. As part of her PhD research, she focuses on developing resources for code-switching across different language pairs.
