We are seeking two highly motivated and talented individuals to join our MilaNLP research team as Postdoctoral Researchers in the field of Natural Language Processing. The call includes two positions, each associated with a different research project and supervised by a different Principal Investigator.

Position Details

  • Number of positions: 2 (one on each project)
  • Duration: 2 years (renewable)
  • Earliest starting date: March 1st, 2026
  • Compensation: €55,500 gross/year (13 monthly installments)
  • Additional research budget: €2,000/year
  • Teaching requirements: None (optional up to 48 hours/semester)
  • Funding: Tech Europe Foundation (TEF)

Your Profile

  • PhD in Computer Science, NLP/Computational Linguistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with neural network models (e.g., PyTorch)
  • Solid publication record in NLP/CL or related areas
  • Fluency in English (Italian not required)
